1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hardship Funded (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Hardship Funded is a marketing platform that connects consumers with independent third-party hardship funding providers and lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Approval, loan amounts, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the lending partner and depend on factors including state of residence, credit profile, income, and employment status.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states), a U.S. resident, and have a valid Social Security number, bank account, and source of income to submit an inquiry. Not all applicants will qualify. The advertised amount of up to $35,000 represents the maximum available through our lending network; individual offers may be substantially lower.
4. No Guarantee of Approval or Funding Time
Checking eligibility does not guarantee approval. Same-day or 24-hour funding is offered by select lending partners only, is subject to lender review, bank processing times, and cannot be guaranteed. Checking eligibility performs a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score; a final application with a lender may involve a hard inquiry.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false information may result in denial and possible legal action.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hardship Funded disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardship Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any loan obtained through a lending partner.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
