1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hardship Funded (the "Service"), a service of Elite Web Holding, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Hardship Funded is a private informational and marketing service that helps consumers identify government, state, local, and nonprofit grant and hardship assistance programs, and connects them with independent third-party providers of such programs. We are not a government agency and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any government agency. We do not award grants, distribute funds, or make eligibility decisions. Eligibility, award amounts, and timelines are determined solely by each program and depend on factors including state of residence, household income, and household circumstances.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states) and a U.S. resident to submit an inquiry. Individual programs may require additional information such as proof of residency, identity, household size, or income. Not all applicants will qualify. The advertised amount of up to $10,000 represents the maximum potentially available across programs in our directory; individual awards may be substantially lower or unavailable.
4. No Guarantee of Approval or Timing
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that you will qualify for or receive assistance from any program. Timelines referenced on this site are estimates for receiving program matches and are not guarantees of when funds may be received. Checking your eligibility with Hardship Funded does not involve a credit check.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false information may result in denial and possible legal action.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hardship Funded disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardship Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or from any assistance program you apply to through a third party.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
